*Position : Qa team lead with healthcare and CLEARCASE* *Length: 6.30.2011* *Rate: $open* *Location: MASON, OH* *Responsible for supporting the test environments used to support Regional, Enterprise and/or other special project releases.* *Project Description:* *We need a strong technical lead. This person must be skilled in Unix, Intel and scripting in java or perl. This person must know Clearcase. This person must be able to lead and mentor others.* This person must be organized. Documenting issues, action items, etc, is a must. This person will also be responsible for leading small initiatives and must be comfortable following the SDLC and will be creating test plans, implementation plans and change control documentation. This person must be immediately productive and require minimal guidance. Works directly with customers to define environment requirements and leads the environment set-up and maintenance. Monitors system performance and capacity for all test environments and troubleshoots environmental issues. Sets up and executes jobs to extract and manipulate test data, executes database changes and works with the database to ensure data related needed are handled efficiently. Leads test environment design or request meetings. Manages and executes the build, installation scripts and deployment scripts. Manages and maintains migrations between each tool promotion levels and the associated testing or production environment. Performs code migrations and may prepare, merge, and version code for production builds. Compiles release notes to summarize contents of each migration and creates scripts to migrate code. Works with the Release team to transition from development to production. *Skills:* • Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent in education and multi-platform experience is preferred. • Requires 4+ years of programming/application development. • Analytical, communication and planning skills required.
