Extensive and strong management dashboard experience, a strong software developer background familiar with the business areas of financial accounting, banking, mortgage, and general ledger; with the entire SDLC especially SDLC methodologies, such as AGILE, and data centric initiatives. PMP certification is a major plus. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills as well as verbal and written communication skills, and should provide samples of previous work. Most of the candidates we reviewed based off the last release had a lot of SAS programming experience - something we are not looking for at this time. They did not come across as strong PMs. We are looking for people who could fill in a few different areas: - Project Management - Business Analysis - Forward Mortgage - Reverse Mortgage - System Architects - Basic Architectural knowledge Obviously, we completely understand that no single candidate will have all the relevant experience. However, any candidate with a combination of the above skills will be considered - with a preference for candidates possessing experience in the max number of areas.
