Job Title : Project Manager
Location : Boston, MA
Duration : 5 months contract

Minimum Requirements:
5 plus years of Project Management dealing with the migration from a legacy
system to a newly developed sysatem.Previous experience with similar and/or
related leadership development, change management and/or succession planning
projects with an IT emphasis.
Succession Planning

Description:
The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for leading,
organizing, and implementing and achieving the short-term and long-term
goals of the system migration. Specific duties will include organizing and
sustaining staff involvement in the new system through three existing Teams
and developing other change management vehicles to engage staff at all
levels. Working with the Team Leaders, the Project Manager will:
Assist in the development of team activities, projects, and meetings
designed to ensure the successful transformation from the Legacy System and
business practices to new system
Provide Team Leaders and members with the guidance and resources needed to
adopt new business practices as required by the new system.
Create and implement leadership development activities that provide staff
with the leadership and management tools needed to help guide and support
them during the transition phase and the implementation phase of the new
system.
Develop and lead change management training for staff to ensure that the
business practices and cultural environment integrates, adapts to, and
promotes the new system being deployed.
Develop activities and resources to promote professional growth and
advancement among the staff.Identify key change management indicators and
help staff to meet the goals aligned with these indicators.Develop and lead
performance improvement workshops.
Work with managers and supervisors to develop and implement succession
plans.
Promote effective communications within and across the Teams.
