BMC / Remedy Application Developer / Integrator
Work with the UM BMC implementation team performing the following
activities:
Create design document deliverable and implement code for email
integration between non-specific customer email applications and ITSM
modules / email engine. Primary focus is on incident management.
o Expect modification from OOTB email functionality to enable inbound
email capability for multiple service desks
o Expect modification from OOTB email engine functionality to enable
customer reply to update work info
Create design document deliverable and implement code to enable a web
service to load people date from an enterprise PeopleSoft system.
Review and provide issue resolution for existing UM customization
related to business hours.
BMC/Remedy customization and integration skills in a Windows 2008 stack
Environment: BMC v 7.6.03
AR and Midtier servers running on Windows 2008 R2 (64 bit)
DB SQL Server 2008
