Minimum of two year's exp in project mgmt. Working knowledge of concepts used in project mgmt software packages; inherent analytical/problem-solving capabilities. Bachelors degree or above. At least 5 years exp in a related technology/systems analysis or operational support environment. Desired/Ideal: CMM or CMMI knowledgeable; PMP Certified; Knowledgeable w/ M&T culture; Banking exp.; MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio. Email functions; Artemis ProjectView/TrackView; Prj Mgmt Software Skills; Good working knowledge of project mgmt & SDLC concepts & methodologies. Ideal: Exp w/configuration mgmt tools. Assist Project Managers w/: Using Project Mgmt Software tool to build/maintain project schedules; Effectively tracking project deliverables/activities/costs through reporting processes; Reporting project progress/status information to Mgmt; Track project deliverable status/completion per project mgmt methodology; Maintain project file documentation; Facilitate technology project estimating process; Maintain issues/risks lists; Set up/attend project meetings, gather pertinent meeting information, capture action items/decisions/issues/risks. Prepare/publish meeting minutes; Effectively track project activities/costs; Report project progress/status to IT Mgmt. Use configuration mgmt tools.
