*Lead Kronos Developer* Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 4-6 months Rate: +expenses The Lead Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, upgrade, and rollout of Kronos throughout the organization as well as supporting business initiatives to interface with various platforms such as XATA, Red Prairie, and PeopleSoft. *Required Qualifications:* 5 years experience with Kronos (implementations, upgrades, or interfacing). 8 years in an IT environment with prior application development experience. B.S. or B.A Degree Experience with UNIX scripting language. Familiarity with automated scheduling packages (i.e., CNTL-M). Experience with stored procedure packages (i.e., Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g, SQL, PL/SQL) Familiarity with data modelling products such as TOAD, SqlDeveloper, and ER-WIN. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Communicate effectively to team members, peers, and management to ensure successful project and support results.
