* * *Title: Siebel Administrator* *Location: *Germantown, MD * * *Duration:* through 5.11.2012 *Job Description:* - The Transportation Solutions Group, has openings for a Siebel Administrator in its Germantown, MD Transportation Technology Center. - This position requires an excellent knowledge of Siebel CRM with strong Windows Server background. - Candidates must have prior experience in installation, configuration, version upgrades and providing application administrator support for Siebel 7.8 / Siebel 8.1 Call Center application. - Selected candidate will work with a team of Administrators responsible for supporting the current Siebel production or development environments including performance monitoring and issue resolution. - This position is part of a systems development team supporting Tolls and Transit products. - These industry leading products support programs related to the Transportation industry and associated operations for a number of the country’s largest tolls and transit agencies. - It requires an individual who is highly skilled in maintenance of large scale Siebel implementations. - The environment is fast paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities across multiple projects. - The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to meet schedules and multi-task. - After hours and weekend work is occasionally required. - Prior experience should include the support and maintenance of Enterprise scale systems that provide failover and high availability with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). - Outstanding oral, technical and written communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting is essential. *Required:* - 3-5 years of Siebel Administrator experience in Siebel 7.8 and Siebel 8.1.
