*Job Title:* Sr. Sales Force Consultant *Location:* Chicago, IL** *Start Date: *January 16th, 2012 *Duration: *3 months with the option to extend *Basic Function:* This is a contract opportunity for a CRM Project Manager / Business Analyst focused on the implementation of a new CRM platform. He/ she will be responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration of and training on the new platform. The position will be primarily responsible for end-to-end project delivery. The project manager / business analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of a complex IT project: planning, execution, people management, timing, functionality, quality, communication and training. *Duties & Responsibilities* - Planning: Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement the new application and updates to existing applications. - Process Discovery: Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the new CRM platform. - Platform Integration: Work with development team to integrate and decommission various functions / applications within the existing process, understanding integration scenarios and design. - Vendor Management: Work closely with vendor partner and outsourced CRM implementation partners as required. - Tool Configuration: Work with cross-functional team as well as independently to configure, develop, test, implement, document and update CRM platform. - Testing: Creating and developing test plans, cases and reports to ensure quality and consistency, Winrunner testing tool or similar experience useful. - Training and Documentation: Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for CRM users, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions worldwide. Assist users with report design and management. *Preferred Requirements* - Business Analyst with strong experience with CRM technologies & specifically someone worked with SalesForce.com products - Experience in developing SFDC custom objects and work-flow business rules - Experience with third-party tools (e.g. SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc) and SFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.) - Should have deep experience in data migration, manipulation, cleaning and integration. - Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, preferably within the financial services industries · Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff and executive management · 6 to 10 years of successful business analyst / project management experience within financial services (investment management a plus) Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
