JD: Strong Java/J2EE Lead/Architect with 6+ years of experiences in Web Application development using Eclipse/RAD IDE & strong communication skills. The candidate must have working experience in designing, architecting & implementing JEE applications including web-services, Spring, JEE patterns, Hibernate, Maven, Xml technologies and Oracle.
