Ability to understand the customer business processesand the IT landscape rapidly. Ability to frame the right set of questions for asingle process track. Assist in creating solution proposals, rough effortestimates., detailed solution documentation, presentation and inimplementation. Able to guide a team , preparation of design documents,gathering business requirements, knowledge of the quality processes and alsoguide the team in using the various quality tools. Should have at least 2 - 4yrs years of SAP experience in the core module of specialization and 1 - 3years of domain experience Module specific Proficiency: Must have good SAPapplication specific knowledge of the HR processes: o Personnel Administration,Organization Management, Time Management, Travel Management and BenefitsManagement o Personnel Development, Training & Event Management, CompensationManagement and Recruitment o Integration with other SAP modules Must havebasic knowledge of the SAP application specific HR processes: o ESS& MSS, E-Recruitment, Enterprise Compensation Management and Learning Solution o PayrollAccounting. ____________________________________________________ -->SAP Payroll Consultant Location: Duncan, SC Duration : 6+ Months Ability to elicit the right information by framing theright set of questions.
