The position is for Back End processing including data feed processing, core API design and tuning, test and support. The API is defined as an abstration layer sitting above a Mongo DB and other data sources to provide content to the web and mobile applications for Reuters Next.* ** *Work with Tech writer to document design. Interact with Jira, Basecamp, and Git to progress product requirements for the Next Web site. Follow a standard practice of review and deployment into the appropriate environment (Dev, Alpha, Beta, Production) for review, test, and finally production.
