Looking forward to hear from you... *Role: Performance Test Engineer Location: ** **Richmond, Reston, Herndon – VA* *Duration: Long Term* * * *Note: More Exp in LoadRunner needed* * * *Responsibilities:* · Test Strategy, test planning, test preparation and test execution. · Mentor team for work assignment and conduct cross trainings within team. · Proactively identify the risks and come up with mitigation plan. · Provide periodic status reports to project manager/ stake holders. · Client interfacing. * * *Skills:* · Participate in meetings to gather requirements ( Performance Testing projects) · Provide estimates on Performance Testing. · Very good hands on experience in at least one Performance Testing tool preferably LoadRunner. · Should have worked extensively on performance test planning, work load modelling. · Provide regular status updates to internal stake holders. · Participate in proposals/new assignments along with development teams. · Assign tasks to team members & provide guidance/mentor them.
