*Please send resume to [email protected] <[email protected]> * Job Title: Project Manager/Business Analyst Location: Tallahassee, FL Duration: 12 Months Direct Client Position Provide business analyst, project management, and project advisor support to client. Provide project management oversight to client throughout all phases of the effort. • Support in the development of detailed business/functional requirements and support in knowledge sharing of requirements as the vendor develops the software requirements specifications. • Assist in developing performance criteria which will be used to define system performance expectations and associated vendor responsibilities which will tie to Service Level Agreements (SLA). • Provide insights and assistance in development of the organizational change management plan, identifying changes to processes, workflows and staffing models needed to align with the new software package’s “to-be” process model. • Assist in the development and execution of system and user acceptance testing, including: o System Test Plans o System Test Cases o User Acceptance Test Plan/Cases o System/UAT/End to End Test Execution • Provide assistance in developing a comprehensive organizational readiness and rollout plan, working with client and the Vendor to implement. Project management activities • Maintain project planning and tracking; tasks, milestones and critical path • Provide financial controls/management support: track project costs and budget and provide management reporting on actual and variances. • Track issues and risks; reporting through issue logs and risk mitigation plans. • Provide scope-change control management: developing and implementing change management governance; tracking agreed-to changes, approvals and budget impacts. • Provide project status reporting; periodic dashboard on status of activities, budget, schedule, issues risks – both completed and planned. • Develop communications management plan; identifying and communicating to various updates. • Develop and maintain schedule management plan: specific tracking of key milestone completions • Develop and maintain quality management plan: tracks test status and results to provide DRM and DIS oversight of the entire testing process. *Please send resume to [email protected] * Thanks, Sam CNC Consulting, Inc. 201-546-3096 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
