*Basic Qualifications:*
• 8 – 10+ years IT Experience
• 5+ years proven project management experience
• 3 -5 +years of deployment experience in Microsoft Products such as;
Windows 7/XP/Vista
• Process Mapping experience
*Preferred Qualifications:*
• Strong reporting, process, communication and presentation skills
• Extremely organized with the ability to stay current with the project

 *Overview of responsibilities:*
• Accountable for Project Management of all facets of project through the
scoping and pilot implementation phase, identifying requirements, driving
change control, managing issues and escalation, cross team coordination and
milestone management.
• Develop and maintain all applicable project documentation to include:
Product Schedule,   Issues/Risks; Milestone schedules; Status Reports;
Communication Plans; Contingency Plans; Meeting Summaries; Lessons Learned
and Phase 2 Plans.
• Identify and manage project risks through effective mitigation strategies
and contingency plans
• Identify business and project issues and drive effective resolutions,
escalating as appropriate
• Responsible for building, developing and maintaining working
relationships with the client and our Client project teams to facilitate
proactive planning, smooth communication and issue resolution.
*Specific Detailed Roles and Responsibilities for Managing Windows 7
Implementation project  *
• Facilitate effective meetings and drive key decisions with stakeholders
in order to execute project plan
• Effectively communicate project and state-of-the business status with
organizational leaders
• Participate in information gathering during a client meetings to identify
current Windows 7 Operating system deployment process, and infrastructure
and project objectives/constraints, as they relate to deployment process
and technologies
• Participate in validation of the deployment process including reviews of
the process, technology and methodology.
• Participate in the small regional multi-location pilot in CA.  Provide
assistance and feedback on Win7 pilot deployment and make recommendations
on deployment process workflow optimization.
• Gather and finalize requirements on operational communication and
scheduling processes for the Win7 Rebuild Project.



·         1. Lead the process of documenting a global site deployment
schedule
2. Lead the task to document the User deployment process
3. Lead development of an operational communications plan
• Identify and document requirements on the support processes for
deployment support, post support and continuous support during the duration
of the project.
• Document planned staffing and support process for project duration.
• Participate in solution development with focus on impact to deployment
plan, schedule and staffing.
• Participate in requirements workshops and provide project management
input on implications of decisions to scheduling and deployment processes.
• Develop staffing plan for full deployment plan, based on pilot results.
• Document end to end deployment process jointly with Senior Consultant.
• Participate in planning mitigation plans with a focus on deployment plan,
schedule and staffing.
• Identify, document and mitigate process and deployment tool gaps jointly
with Senior Consultant.
• Document Statement of Work for Phase 2: deployment pilot and full
deployment plan.
