Hello, I am looking for an Information Access Solutions Engineer III for a 5 month contract in Neenah, WI who works with K2 Designer and Studio. This person also needs experience with SharePoint. Still looking for a mid-level person with K2 experience and SharePoint. The rate has increased to $55/hour. If you have someone close to that rate, please send them. * * Info Access Solutions Engineer III 5 month contract in Neenah, WI * * *Qualifications:* · Participation in efforts to define and deliver collaboration and information access solutions (collaboration, portals, search, reporting, analytics and workflow) for all employees across the enterprise. · Involvement in small to medium projects to define and prioritize requirements, prototype FOAK solutions and assist with influencing and moving the K-C culture to one hat values and uses collaboration and information access capabilities. · Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Masters degree and 5-8 years of experience. *Responsibilities:* · The primary focus of this role will be to provide Level 2 support for K2 applications built with K2 Designer and K2 Studio. · The majority of the K2 applications being supported interface with SharePoint so a high level of SharePoint knowledge is also required. · Day to day work activities will include taking support tickets, interacting via phone calls, instant message and email with business and IT clients, documentation and potential testing of K2 patches, coldfixes or updates. 1) Is the experience with K2 application mandatory? · Yes 2) Is SharePoint technical knowledge required? · Yes, by technical, they need application knowledge (how to configure sites, add web parts, customize web parts, CSS, etc.). They will not need to know how to install SharePoint servers or do maintenance on SP servers. 3) Will the candidate be involved in upgrading or developing in K2 application? · They will not be involved in upgrading the K2 environment. Knowledge of developing in K2 application would be extremely helpful. But, as this is a support role, I don’t expect the role to involve a lot of K2 development.
