*Required:*
1. Strong experience analyzing and documenting business requirements and
functional specifications for corporate external and internal web
sites.
2. Familiarity with UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and
prototype development using a tool.
3. Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting
facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal
interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities
between stakeholders, consulting, etc.).
4. Four or more years of experience in business analyst role.
5. Self-starter that can work with diverse stakeholders and with minimal
supervision.
6. Strong organizational skills.
7. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint skills
appropriate for business analysis documentation
*Desired:*
1. Healthcare Industry Experience
2. Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
3. Business Analyst Certification (IIBA)
4. Experience in UX Design, usability testing, wireframes and prototype
development using Axure (or similar tool).
5. Mobile Application project experience and/or Content Management
System project experience
6. PMI/PMBOK style project management experience is desirable.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Will work on specific projects which could include MedMutual.com and
Individual Online Application development initiatives.
2. Will communicate with current team on requirements, status and
issues.
3. Could be involved in documenting business and functional
requirements, wire framing, prototyping, usability testing, statements of
work, test plans, user testing, coordinate of approvals and
implementation.
4. Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with
an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate.
*Project Detail:*
1. Project involves implementation of Group sales and enrollment tools
in both on-site .NET solutions and also cloud-hosted vendor solutions.
Solutions integrate with multiple back-end systems so ability to coordinate
solution requirements across these areas is important.
