NIGHT SHIFT - Specific Information on this service: IT VMWARE upgrade approximately 370 hosts Some hosts are currently 3.0 and 3.5 versions Several Thousand VM´s and most are clustered There is already a repeatable process but currently need a resource to execute it, and that also has VMWARE knowledge in case any issues arise. There are built in scripts for the upgrades and are currently working in a faster way to upgrade firmware (Using SPP now and taking an extra hour) Approximately 75 working days. (five upgrades per night, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
