Participates in formulating logic for semi-complex systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Participates in developing semi-complex conversion and system implementation plans. Participates in preparing system and programming documentation. Participates in gathering semi-complex business requirements and creates detailed functional specifications and flowcharts for new or existing programs. Participates in the development of semi-complex technical specifications. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * * Thorough understanding of application development project lifecycle and methodologies used. * Knowledge of logical/physical database design and strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL. * Expertise and hands-on experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX). * Must be self-motivated, methodical, require minimal direction, possess excellent communication skills, and be a strong team player. * Expert knowledge of SQL a must. Ability to write complex SQL required. * Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and requests at one time. * Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives, emphasis on planning skills. * Extensive experience working with application developers is required. * Demonstrated strong analytical and root cause analysis skills. * Demonstrated ability to work with a team or independently. * Demonstrated problem solving skills. * Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to work toward and meet deadlines. *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * * Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to share creative and new ideas. * Willingness to learn new software applications. * Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. * Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills . * Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment. * 5+ years experience with Oracle PL/SQL in an 10/11G Environment . * 3+ years experience in the analysis, design, development, deployment & tuning of large scale distributed, transactional commercial database applications. * Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL best practices and development methodologies or standards - Stored Procedures, Packages, Triggers, Debugging, Tuning. * Familiarity with Click Resource Management software. * Experience in web development technologies like HTML, jquery, CSS, and JavaScript..
