* Role: Business Intelligence Analyst* *Location: Austin, TX* * (Locals Preferred) **Interview:* *Phone + F2F* *Duration: 12 months* * Responsibilities*: * Gather business requirements related to data and business intelligence needs * Ability to prepare reports, schedules, presentations, procedure, and process documents * Conduct regular audits of reports and dashboards using Oracle and other data sources * Act as a liaison between the technical developers and database administrators to correct issues in the functioning of the applications * Provide training, guidance and support the users in their efforts to become proficient in the use of the applications *Basic Qualifications:* * Previous work experience with systems and processes within a manufacturing company or related area * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or related area *Professional Skills:* * 2 years of experience using the following modules: Oracle Financial including general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets (FA) and core human resource expertise. * 4 to 6 years working experience with Microsoft business intelligence tools and systems such as OLAP, data modeling, data warehousing * Create functional design documentation using SDLC/AIM methodologies * Ability to translate business requirements to developers and users * Provide technical expertise and problem solving abilities to support Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, PowerPivot, Powerview, SharePoint and Performance Point. * Work as a liaison to the developers and analysts to support (the Oracle - remove) applications and business intelligence processes.
