MUST have recent experience with Alfresco 4.x (3.x is OK): 2yrs+
MUST have recent experience with Alfresco Share
Experience with Liferay is a *big plus*
Java/J2EE: 7yrs+
Spring/Spring MVC/Spring Remoting: 5yrs+
HTML/CSS/JavaScript: 7yrs+
XML: 7yrs+
Web Services (SOAP and REST): 3yrs+
Velocity: 1yr+
jQuery: 1yr+
SQL: 5yrs+ (Oracle a big plus)
Hibernate/MyBatis/iBatis: 5yrs+
Linux: 1yrs+ (Red Hat preferred)
Experience with SiteMinder is a plus
JBoss 5.1 (5.0 is OK): 1yr+
Tomcat 6 or 7: 1yr+
*Tools*:
Eclipse/MyEclipse
Spring IDE plugin for Eclipse
MUST have ANT (Maven is a plus)
JUnit and Spring Mock
Subversion (SVN)
WinSCP/Putty or similar tools
*Skills*:
Good Understanding of object oriented programming
Good understanding of data structures
Good understanding of concurrency
Good understanding of software engineering practices including version
control, change management, unit testing, and documentation
Ability to communicate clearly
