We have submitted 3 consultants but none could clear the interviews. This is
hot & urgent.
Location - Irwindale, CA
Duration - 6 months RTH
Rate - $45/Hr on c2c Basis
Refer to the attached annexure for what the client is looking at. Pls do not
send resumes if the consultants do not qualify these parameters.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of SOA technologies, preferably on the .NET side
- Experience of leading a medium to large team in complex projects
- Strong proponent of Quality with a focus on test processes
(Integration, System and UAT)
- Functional, performance and stress testing skills using Loadrunner
- Experience working with test automation tools and frameworks,
specifically QTP, Loadrunner, SOA testing tools such as IBM Rational SOA
tester for Quality, HP Service Test, etc. (one of the SOA tools would do)
- Test Management / Project Management expertise
- Planning, Coordination, Execution and Reporting
- Interacting with Senior IT and Client Managers is an integral part
of this role and will be a critical success factor
- Some experience in a development role would be useful
