Job Title: GUI Java Developer
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6-9 Months Contract
Job Description:
Agile/Scrum, having participated in a team following these practices for a
period of a couple of years.
Test Driven Development. JUnit and mocking libraries (e.g., Mockito or
JMockit) are a must.
Modern GUI design.
Automated GUI testing.
Principles of Object Oriented programming, interfaces, abstractions,
dependencies, etc.
Google Guice, Tomcat, Apache.
Oracle and PL/SQL programming.
No-SQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
HTML5 and SVG, along with Groovy/Grails. Modern frameworks like AngularJS,
Sencha, Tweeter’s Bootstrap.
