And also find the additional skills required below - · Converged Network Support Analyst who will be supporting Data, Voice and Contact Center Networks · Data side are : Routers, Switches, XML gateways, LAN , WAN . Basically configuration , trouble shooting · Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP) · Call Routing applications, including Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM), Voice Management, General familiarity Windows and LINUX/ Solaris, Cisco IOS (CIOS) · Familiarity with relational database systems, including forms-based query and data entry; SQL. · Ability to translate complex contact center business requirements into call routing designs. · Ability to program, test, and implement call routing designs. · Experience with IP Telephony, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), IP Phones. · Infrastructure troubleshooting - Cisco Unified SIP Proxy (CUSP), Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) , CVP/VXML server. · Experience with Multiple instances of UCCE using ICM to ICM gateways · Knowledge of adjunct connectivity · TCP/IP networking fundamentals · Understand ITIL Principles (Service Management) *Thanks & Regards,* *Matt Blair / Global Resource Management, Inc.
