The developer will become subject matter expert on these applications and support the day to day operations. The developer should also possess excellent verbal and written communications skills as interaction with various levels of management within IT and business will be required. The developer will be responsible for timely and thorough troubleshooting of application issues and will implement solutions quickly. They will coordinate with the appropriate internal department’s resources to assist with problem resolution. There may be some interface with vendors as needed. Communications will occur both verbal and written to external customers. Work with multiple groups across the firm to resolve issues.
