Solid communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, and demonstrated understanding of programming skills, patterns, and best practices required. Must have demonstrable experience with Winform application development utilizing C# 2.0, building web services, working on multi-threaded UI applications, and creating and working with custom controls. Candidate must have working experience utilizing databases, preferably Oracle 10g or above, specifically writing queries, building tables, and constructing procedures.
