Position: Business Objects Architect/Developer Location: Columbus, OH Start Date: 10/19/09 Duration: 6+ months *** Prefer regional candidates *** KEY Required Skills: Business Intelligence, Business Objects XI R2 platform, Crystal Xcelsius solutions, SQL skills, Webi SDK model, Informatica V 8, Developing DW/BI solutions on IBM DB2 V9, Infoshpere suite of products and UNIX scripting and familiarity of Mercury Position Description: We are currently accepting resumes for a Senior Business Objects XI R2 Universe Architect/Developer with 5 + years of experience in delivering Business Intelligence solutions. Minimum of 3 years experience developing on the XI platform. As a key member of the Data Warehouse development team, your role may include the following responsibilities: * Review functional/non-functional requirements and specification documents; interview end users to understand business process and refine requirements. * Research source data locations to validate requirements * Preparation/Validation of Unit/Integration Test cases/documentation * Perform Root Cause Analysis on defects discovered during Test phases of the Project. * Partner with Support to complete design/code review and ensure knowledge transfer is successful.
