*p...@aptude.com <p...@aptude.com>Title: Business Analyst (Remote Option) (Must have * *contract management and salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com>) Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA Duration: 6-12 Months* *Need GC & US Citizens* Job Responsibilities: • Works with business partners through the definition and design phases of a project, including analyzing current business processes, documenting configuration and extension requirements for the application as well as data and integration requirements, and produce functional requirements documents. • Identifies business and technical issues throughout the project that could impact requirements, scope, or schedule and work with the project manager to identify potential solutions. • Works with the offshore technical team members during the development and test phases of the project to clarify issues, manage and document changes when needed, and drive user acceptance testing by the business partners. • Works with business partners to ensure business strategies drive technology solutions. • Leads and manages requirements gathering sessions while driving consensus to a global standard. • Leads existing business process redesign and documentation of future state. • Act as project business analyst subject matter expert. • Possesses an understanding of technological trends in contract management on the salesforce.com platform. • Create and manage sprints, test and deployment plans. • Works on multiple projects as a project team member. Qualification Requirements: • Experience with business process modeling and process improvement. • Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business requirements and presenting solutions to other team members and business partners. • Knowledge & Experience in contract management/administration and/or contract software implementation is a major plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience, and 3 to 5 years relevant BA experience for large Global Contract Management applications. • Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives. • Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and deliver on tight deadlines. • Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques related to functional area. • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills. • Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving, technical and analytical skills. • Ability to think strategically yet act very tactically. • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships. • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation skills. • Objectivity and openness to others' views and continuously builds a positive team spirit. • Ability to work a flexible schedule and accommodate global time zones. • Can work remotely but needs to be available for face to face meetings as needed. • Autonomous, self-starter accustomed to a fast paced, changing environment. Preferred • Experience implementing Apttus contract lifecycle management software, but also could include enterprise level solutions such as: Selectica, SpringCM and others that operate on the salesforce.com platform. • Certificates in contract management from organizations such as IACCM, NCMA or similar professional groups.
