*Role: User Experience (UX) Analyst* *Location: Downtown Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 3+ months* *Sr. Level candidates only – 9-10+ years* *Required:* · Experience in UX Design, lab-based / formal usability testing, remote usability testing, informal usability testing, HE’s, Competitor Assessments, wireframes and prototype development using Axure (or similar tool). · Experience with other methods of user experience research and testing including; persona development, focus groups, usability testing, facilitator guide/script preparation, heuristic evaluations, card sorting · Excellent skills required in critical thinking and analysis, meeting facilitation, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions (e.g., partnering, conflict management, resolving priorities between stakeholders, consulting, etc.). · Maintains usability standards and methodology as it relates to assigned Web/Digital Environments for the corporate enterprise. Help weave user centered best practices into the product development process. · Conducts ongoing usability testing and assessments to provide recommendations for enhancements or modifications to the customer experience. · Mentor/guide UX designs - including input, review and signoff of user process flows, lead whiteboarding sessions, develop wireframes, mock ups, etc. - for Internet, intranet and internal applications and tools as needed. · Two or more years of experience in a senior user experience role. · Seven or more years of experience in visual design, interface design, information architecture or interaction design for Web, Digital or software applications.
