The following position is open with our client Duration: 12 months Client will hire over phone/skype They're rolling in 2 acquired companies to their Oracle HR (HCM) system; PM can work in either: Alexandria, VA or Philadelphia, PA *The following Modules are in scope for this project :* · HR: Workforce Administration (WFA) Manager Self-service (MSS); Employee Self-service (ESS); Learning Management (OLM) and the HR Point Solutions (Talent|Reward, BenefitConnect (R&A), BrightChoices (Liazon), Peoplefluent, TW Onboarding Portal, etc.). For Retiree & Access, we will incorporate and integrate with their existing Taleo Applicant Tracking & Onboarding system. · Finance: Oracle Time & Labor (OTL); Project Accounting (Indirect Projects) and the continued use of Concur · Payroll: SmartStream · ConnectSites: HRConnect, New Hire Connect, FinanceConnect and ITConnect – via Vantage access *Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.* *Description:* Overall Project Manager – prior PM experience implementing R12 HCM and knowledge of the HR domain is required. Experienced Project Manager - must have Global knowledge and R 12 HCM experience. HR Domain knowledge also key.... Besides key HCM modules listed above - knowledge of OTL and Projects are key ! 1. Responsible for “day to day” management of the project working 2. Conduct Detailed Project Planning with all workstream leads 3. Coordination of work activities across each project workstream 4.
