Will help development teams test software quality for production deployment for the Ohio Liquor Law Enforcement (OLLE) rewrite. OLLE is used by the Ohio Investigative Unit as a case management system. Additionally, OLLE is used by the Division of Liquor Control (DOLC), Ohio Attorney General’s (AG) office, and the Liquor Control Commission (LCC) to track both criminal and administrative cases. The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) is requesting a rewrite of the Ohio Liquor Law Enforcement (OLLE) case management system. In addition to this request, the creation of an electronic citation (eCitation) module written for the current instance of OLLE is being asked for. This new eCitation module will also be instantiated within the new OLLE system once rewritten The Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) is responsible for the design, pilot, and implementation of the software quality assurance review processes. The QAS Specialist will work with Application Teams during pre and post assessment periods. The QAS Specialist reports to the Quality Assurance Team Lead. For each phase end review the Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to plan, schedule, execute, and document findings of the review. Quality Assurance Specialists must have a detailed understanding of processes which support the software development lifecycle. The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for communicating with the State regarding the progress of the quality approach and a summary of the metrics, as well as managing the Quality Assurance Specialists. Scope of work 7 Years in testing I.T products and applications. 5 Years automation experience using MS Visual Studio Coded UI. 5 Years Development/scripting skills in C# 5 Years in End to End Test Automation experience 5 Years demonstrated experience in converting existing manual test cases to automation scripts. 3 Years most recent experience in End to End automation using MS Visual Studio Coded UI, Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager. 5 Years conducting test case reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture business functionality. Contributes to continuous process improvements to increase the efficiency of QA and development. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably using the English language Desired Experience working on Agile/Scrum I.T. projects. Programming background.
