7+ years of Business Systems Analysis Experience with the Full System Development Life Cycle Experience with onshore-offshore models Requirements gathering experience Strong UML, Use Cases, Activity diagrams Wireframes and report layouts Understanding non-functional system requirements (performance, reliability, availability) and corresponding metrics Business process modeling, process flow diagrams - risk assessment, business impact analysis Experience with Lombardi Business Process Management System is a plus TCO and ROI analysis Health Management or PBM industry Specialty in Pharmacy experience Excellent communication skills needed for the role Required Travel to client sites Maryland (50 - 75% ). must be able to do f2f interview in a days time and start immediately if confirmed.
