A Google Apps Project Manager is responsible for managing the deployment
process of Google Apps throughout the entire Google Apps deployment phase.
The project manager will coordinate with the Change Manager and Deployment
Engineer to come up with a project plan for deploying Google Apps for a
large organization. The project manager, along with the deployment engineer
they are working with, will be responsible for managing migrations, user
provisions and any type of necessary set up for Google Apps. The project
manager should be located in the United States, and have experience with
rolling out a minimum of 100 sites.



*Recommended Experience:*

Has project management experience (preferably a large Google Apps project)

Has worked with Google Apps/Google for Work

Has managed a Google Apps deployment project

Has good communication skills, especially with non-technical folks

Has managed a project for a company with more than 10,000 employees.

*Technical Writer:*

The technical writer will be responsible for writing technical documents
for the clients in relation to Google Apps. The technical writer should be
well verse in writing technical documents and should be able to communicate
technical details in a way that makes it easy for the client to read.



*Recommended Experience:*

Has experience writing technical documents for large organizations

Can communicate clearly to individuals who may not be as technically savy

Has experience with working with Google Apps/Google for work

Has experience deploying Google Apps

Has used Google services/tools and can clearly communicate these services
and tools in a technical document

*Project Manager Coordinator:*

The project manager coordinator is responsible for coordinating multiple
sites with multiple project managers. During this Google Apps deployment,
the client will require multiple project managers on each of its regions.
The project manager coordinator should be able to successfully coordinate
PM resources so that these regions are prepared for a Google Apps
deployment.



Recommended Experience:

Has coordinated multiple projects with multiple project managers before

Has worked with Google Apps/Google for Work

Has the ability to allocate resources as needed without slowing down any
processes

Has deployed Google Apps for a large organization before

Has the ability to communicate clearly through multiple sites so that all
PM’s are on the same page

*Change Lead:*

*Location: Denver, CO*

The change lead is responsible for coordinating with PWC’s change managers
and communicating details to the Tech M team. The Change lead is also
responsible for managing the Change Managers so that the entire team,
including the deployment team, is on the same page. The change lead will
work closely with the Change management team and the Deployment team so
that both teams are working in sync during the entire deployment. The
Change lead should be able to manage multiple sites and coordinate a
successful working relation between the deployment and change management
team.



*Recommended Experience:*

Has worked as a Change Manager before

Understands the processes of change management for a Google Apps project

Has worked with Google Apps/Google for Work

Can communicate clearly with entire team to make sure both Change and
Deployment teams are working in sync

Has great writing skills to communicate to large organizations regarding
changes made to their daily work flow



*Position #7*



*Position Title: Agile Coach*

*Location: Mt Laurel, NJ*

*Duration: 6 months*



*Skill Requirement:*

Agile Coach

Expertise Area

7+ years experience in coaching  development teams in the Agile SDLC.  This
includes setting up Agile team and processes at the execution level, and
being a Though Leader  for the IT and Business leadership.

5+ years experience with using and guiding others to use, one or more Agile
development tools such as IBM Jazz, CA Rally, Jira, VersionOne, etc.

Must have Prior migration experience from waterfall to Agile teams,  at
least in two different engagements, of the overall Development team of size
100+ and $10M+ yearly programs.

Must have expert knowledge of Agile methodology including setting of
iterative scrum teams, ability to decompose Business needs to Epic,
Feature, User Stories, and Tasks. Conceptual knowledge or experience with
agile concepts such as Scrum, Kanban, TDD, continuous integration,
continuous testing, overlapping iterations, etc.

Must have prior knowledge and experience of writing process documents,
flow-diagrams, RACI charts, Power Points especially for crating processes
for Agile development.

Must have prior experience with customizing Agile principles to include
distributed teams (not everyone located at the same location), ability to
inspect adapt to the various situation as a "coach".

15+ years experience in an IT Development organization, for example as a
combination of one or more of the following roles:  PM, Release Manager,
Development Manager, Developer, Tester, Scrum Master

Solid persuasive and change management skills set especially with
Technology and Business leaderships (managers, directors, VPs).

Excellent  facilitation and communication, and problem solving
skills.

Bachelor’s degree or above  in computer science, Engineering, Management or
related fields.
