Network Operations*
*Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years working in a management role in a technology
operations environment*
*Knowledge/ exposure of the business sensitivity of a financial
institution *
*to network related outages is highly desirable*
*Must be able to follow the strategic direction of senior management and*
*act independently to make decisions that will have a major impact on day
to day operations and area of responsibility*
*Candidate must be able to offer process improvements for better*
*delivery of service and has a strong understanding of project SLA’s*
*Specifically, the role requires monitoring, reporting, and resolving *
*branch and ATM outages, various network issues, customer escalations, *
*and Clarify queue ticket reduction. Weekend activity is within scope of
role as well*
*Strong technical exposure/understanding of enterprise networks is highly *
*desirable, including experience with Zenoss, EMC NCM, and ITSM*
*Extensive experience with change management and implementation is
required.*
*Role requires candidate to be adaptable to difficult situations and have*
*strong problem solving skills to resolve major outages and escalations.*
*Attention to detail is a must.*
