*Title: Framework Development Support Developer*

*Location: Pennington, NJ*

*Durations: 12 Months +*

*Interview Process – Phone followed by face to face*

*Job Responsibilities*
Candidates with financial services (preferably banking ) a plus.
• Participates as an individual contributor and/or lead projects,
completing activities as a part of a team related to special initiatives or
operations
• Should be able to assist junior developers and ensure high quality of
deliverables
• Application Integration Technical consultancy to Architects and
Application Development Teams across the firm
• L3/L4 support for complex technical issues with the managed service
applications and supported products
• High degree of competency in technical skills
• Ability to understand all phases of SDLC
Core Technical Skills
• Strong experience in Object Oriented Patterns and Programming
• JSON, XML, XSLT, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, etc.
• Linux environment (preferably RHEL)
• Experience with Spring IoC, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
• Experience with JUnit and Log4J desirable
• JMS development over any message oriented middleware (MQ Series, Sonic,
Tibco, etc.)
• Knowledge of FpML, SWIFT, FIX, or other financial XML standards is a plus
• Node.JS is a plus
• Exposure/understanding of cross-node synchronization using Zookeeper,
Etcd etc.
• Experience with TFS is a plus.
• Escalate showstopper issues immediately to team leads.
• Sign-off validated deliverables that meet functional and design
specifications.
• Develop expertise in the product areas assigned on an ongoing basis.

long-term solutions can be built.
• Ability to diagnose and support ‘highly-visible’ systems
Leadership, Communication, and Mindset
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Understanding of
how to inspire, mentor, and grow developers during good times and
challenging times
• Courage to voice opinions even if those are not popular • Confidence to
make a decision to keep things moving forward.
• The adaptability to change that decision when needed.
• Ensure the team and code base follows the standards, patterns, and
practices that have been defined and agreed upon.
