Good oral/written communication skills. -Develops and conducts formal and informal presentations. -Gathers information, analyzes, designs, recommends and implement solutions in area of responsibility. -Identifies/utilizes appropriate tools. -Acquires certifications in areas of expertise, when available. -Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience. -Individuals without a formal degree will need 5-7 years equivalent experience.
