* Position : Salesforce BALocation : Hagerstown, MD Duration : 6-12+Months Green Card And Us Citizen Only Responsibilities*• Responsible for defining business and functional requirements for the use of CRM. • Supports the definition, planning, and transformation of business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve the overall user experience. o Perform Project Planning o Perform Business Analysis o Prepare Project Plannning and Scope o Prepare Business Requirements documentation o Prepare Process maps o Prepare Functional requirements and design documents • Assists and guides the business in finding the right solution and approach to meet business requirements. • Works with the development team to clearly articulate business and functional requirements. • Work with business stakeholders to insure business requirements are understood and met for each project. • Works closely with onsite and offshore resources and provides technical guidance.
*Requirements* • Extensive experience in writing BRD, Functional Specification documents, and project management • Can work effectively and closely with several project managers to co-ordinate, track and monitor project progress and status • Experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases and reports • Practical experiences in the entire SDLC from solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application • Creation of data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Salesforce.com Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a BA and PM, ideally with knowledge of Salesforce • Should have deep experience in Data Migration • Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, preferably within the financial services industries ------------------------------ Regards: Amer Ali - Sr.IT Recruiter ITBrainiac Inc.
