*Immediate Need Salesforce BA, Need Green Card And Us Citizen Only* Position : Salesforce BA Location : Hagerstown, MD Duration : 6-12+Months Responsibilities • Responsible for defining business and functional requirements for the use of CRM. • Supports the definition, planning, and transformation of business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve the overall user experience. o Perform Project Planning o Perform Business Analysis o Prepare Project Plannning and Scope o Prepare Business Requirements documentation o Prepare Process maps o Prepare Functional requirements and design documents • Assists and guides the business in finding the right solution and approach to meet business requirements. • Works with the development team to clearly articulate business and functional requirements. • Work with business stakeholders to insure business requirements are understood and met for each project. • Works closely with onsite and offshore resources and provides technical guidance.
