Skills: IT Quality Assurance Software Tester test cases UAT QA ERP TFS SQL Job description: Summary: Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor, the IT Quality Assurance/Software Tester is responsible for testing on .Net based systems, along with full systems integration testing acquired packages and/or legacy systems. Responsibilities: * Develop & execute test cases from supplied documentation and testing experience * Participate in full test cycle, including: Unit Testing, Integrated System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing(UAT) * Documentation of all testing performed during effort * Defect tracking from initiation to completion * Interfacing with management, project managers, business analysts, developers and end users * Working with automated testing tools * Hands on client testing * Backend server testing * Scoping of project testing effort * Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance * Performs other duties as assigned Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience * 3+ years working in QA testing environment utilizing manual and automated scripts * Systems integration with outside tier one ERP packages a major plus * Experience testing object oriented, distributed enterprise class applications * Experience with .Net framework * Experience with Micrsoft TFS * Knowledge of SQL * Manufacturing, Point of Sale, Wholesale, Distribution business applications a plus * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Broad knowledge of QA & development life cycles * Extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end testing of multi-platform systems * Strong written and oral communication skills * Familiarity with defect (bug) * Passion for learning new technologies and testing initiatives we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, health and dental plans, voluntary short-term and long-term disability, employee stock ownership, daycare subsidy and 401(k). ---------------------------------------------- Warm Regards , Shawn Lee VantageForce Inc. 10400 Rodgers Road Suite 150 Houston, Texas 77070 Direct : 201-710-8278 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP BASIS" group.
