*Position: ETL Developer* *Location: Alpharetta, GA* *Duration: 12+ months* *Interview: phone & Skype* Job Description: Are you a Senior level ETL Developer looking to join a collaborative team in Alpharetta, GA on a 12+ month contract (with possibility of extension or conversion) with an industry leader? As a Senior ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and testing data build processes from state of ingestion to index creation. You will modify existing databases and database management systems. You will write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to the management system. You must have a firm understanding of ETL, data mining, database structures, and data cleaning, as you will serve as a senior source of expertise and technical leadership. Required: · ETL skills (strong experience, 5-7 years, SSIS, Informatica, Ab Initio, etc.). · Data manipulation skills, data flow processes, and understanding of cleansing and data linking. · Ability to work with raw data and different types of data (XML files, flat files and CSV files). · Applicant must be comfortable with learning a new technology and platform that may not be widely known. · Advanced transformations. · Use of parameters and constants.
