Client is looking for a senior technology profession with hands-on
development and configuration experience of the Oracle Fusion suite of
products. The ERP systems lead developer is responsible for designing,
developing, testing and supporting Oracle applications including reporting,
web services, interfaces, BPM Work flows exposure and technical
integrations. The role will develop new, maintain and enhance existing
functionality for Oracle suite of applications as well as lead break fixes
/ support and upgrade teams. This position is for a rapidly growing
financial company based out of Los Angeles, CA. This is a techno-functional
position that will work with a multidisciplinary product team focusing on
core implementation, development, and integration, with other firm-owned
systems. This person will deliver well-executed and timely solutions and
provide support to critical business users.

*Skill set*

* A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing some combination of
Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger
Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables
(AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury,
EBTax, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules

* Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least
1 *Oracle
Financials Cloud project (Release 9 or later)*

* Design, develop and manage the reporting and integration functions that
tie to the Oracle Cloud technologies (OTBI, BIP, BPM)

* Responsible for providing solutions to complex problems with technical
documents, able to translate business requirements into technical
architectures, data models and designs

* Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition
of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements,
leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs,
conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client
user training, and production support

* Identify opportunities for usability improvements, simplification and
standardization across application stack(s)

* Working knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and HR workflows

* Desire to support other firm applications when necessary

* Comprehension of SOX, SAS 70, and US GAAP requirements

* Exceptional communication and time management skills

* Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology required with additional
Degree/Certification in Accounting/Business a plus
