Will have to have a face 2 face interview with Idea Staff members **Job Title : LEAD SAS REPORTING ANALYTICS DEVELOPER Location : PLEASANTON, CA Duration : Long Term project!! * *Descripition: * *Project lead for a group of 7 SAS reporting analytics developers in a clinical resource outsourcing team (CRO) supporting the completion of studies requiring SAS programming support throughout the year. The Lead SAS Developer who will be responsible for scoping each study, defining a schedule and staffing plan in collaboration with Client’s management, leading and managing the on-site Client SAS team, and being a hands-on SAS Developer. The CRO team will be supporting the Blood Screening area with 10 studies in Client’s 2 to Q4. Each study is typically 1 to 6 months in duration. The scope of work for the CRO team is understood to be: Creation of Analysis Files per specifications provided by a study Biostatistician Creation of Tables, Listings and Figures per specifications provided by a study Biostatistician Additional deliverables supporting a project life cycle are not pre-defined and are as required by the Client Project Manager. Sample project life cycle deliverables are provided in the following section, III. Project Planning and Execution The analysis files, tables, listings and figures must be delivered on-time per company’s project timelines for submission to FDA and/or other regulatory agencies. The analysis files, tables, listings and figures must be of high quality. The definition of ‘high quality’ will be agreed upon and quantified in the Statement of Work. All work (analysis files, tables, listings and figures) by the Client SAS development team will be subject to verification by the sponsor. The Client Lead SAS Developer is responsible for supporting the Client Project Manager, requirements gathering, leading the SAS development team, implementing and unit testing the SAS code changes, providing SAS technical support on the team, monitoring progress of the SAS developers and ensuring actual effort by all team members is reported. This is a hands-on role as a senior member REQUIRED SKILLS FOR JOB: Base SAS, SAS/STAT SAS/ETL programming, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, customer analytics, data mining, natural language processing, information extraction, sentiment analysis, reporting, clinical trials. DESIRED SKILLS FOR JOB: (PLUS TO HAVE): Business / Clinical acumen and requirements gathering and documentation experience required. Must have full project life cycle experience in a technical lead role with responsibility over other developers and for deliverables.
