Job Title : Production Support Project Leader Relevant Experience (Yrs): 06+ years Roles & Responsibilities : Individual will be responsible to ensure that the applications met their required service levels He/she will be responsible to support process improvements to continuously improve the stability and performance of the applications. Provide Level 2 technical support to internal business teams. Batch Performance analysis Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for non-stop processing Application wellness Prioritize workload, provide timely and accurate resolutions. Perform in-depth research and identify sources of production issues. Effectively perform root cause analysis of issues and report the outcome to business community and Management. Develop / utilize core support tools and processes to perform work while improving day-to-day practices for support team members with the goal of delivering service improvements to the business. Coordinate and work with Offshore team Application Monitoring Production Metrics Problem Resolution Change Management Business Continuity Testing Technical Requirement: 6+ Years of support experience. Experience supporting applications in Windows Infrastructure Experience with CTRL-M or Autosys scheduler. Experience in Project Management. Strong analytical and communication skills. Must be a team player.
