*Requirement J2EE BA/Lead DEARBORN, MI 6 Months * Description: The following profile is for the position of the NonProd Purchasing system Business Analyst/Project Lead in J2ee and Mainframe technology IT project. The expectation of this position is to perform business analysis,develop requirement specifications and lead a global development team for a medium size web based IT project Roles & Responsibilities -Perform business analysis;develop business owner view and requirment specifications.work closely with business customers to understand business process and translate to requirments for IT project. -communicate with business customers about IT standards,processes to emphasize the long term benefits for business. May need to work during off hours schedule along with team in rare case of production/project emergencies. -Play the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) in designated functional areas of Non Prod purchasing and train new team members. -Participate and perform technical design reviews,user acceptence tests and deliverable readiness assessments to ensure system performance to requirement specification. -Effectively communicate the integrated system solutions to both business customers and development team members.Demonstrate strong team lead skills through open communication and empoering team members etc. -Help project manager in planning and tracking project progress ,budget,project risks,issues and change request. -Perform analysis ,design and development of system functionally enhancements/break fixes using J2ee,JDBC,IMS,DB2 technology.
