*Requirement J2EE BA/Lead DEARBORN, MI 6 Months * Description: The following profile is for the position of the NonProd Purchasing system Business Analyst/Project Lead in J2ee and Mainframe technology IT project. The expectation of this position is to perform business analysis,develop requirement specifications and lead a global development team for a medium size web based IT project Roles & Responsibilities -Perform business analysis;develop business owner view and requirment specifications.work closely with business customers to understand business process and translate to requirments for IT project. -communicate with business customers about IT standards,processes to emphasize the long term benefits for business. -May need to work during off hours schedule along with team in rare case of production/project emergencies. -Play the role of SME (Subject Matter Expert) in designated functional areas of Non Prod purchasing and train new team members. -Participate and perform technical design reviews,user acceptence tests and deliverable readiness assessments to ensure system performance to requirement specification. -Effectively communicate the integrated system solutions to both business customers and development team members.Demonstrate strong team lead skills through open communication and empoering team members etc. -Help project manager in planning and tracking project progress ,budget,project risks,issues and change request. -Perform analysis ,design and development of system functionally enhancements/break fixes using J2ee,JDBC,IMS,DB2 technology.
