Must Have excellent communication skills. -------------------------- Lead (new) small technical team that will support existing software applications (mostly PowerBuilder/C, but some VB/C#) and associated hardware. · Lead team in the requirements through test phases for new feature development, interacting directly with customers. · With team, provide daytime (and eventually 24x7) on-call application support to customers. · With team, actively participate in all aspects of software development lifecycle, including significant coding responsibilities. *First major assignment:* · Sole responsibility for the end-to-end design, coding, test, deployment, and support of a new PowerBuilder (50%) / C (50%) feature. · Willingness to take-on other development responsibilities, as the need arises, including on-call, service requests, and consultative support for other IT projects.
