Need - *Verint Technical Support Engineer in Providence,RI *- Interview

Position   :    Verint Technical Support Engineer
Location  :     Providence, RI
Duration  :     6+ months

*Skills and Experience Required :*

   1. 8+ Years Telecom experience
   2. 6+ years Detailed knowledge of Verint Call Recording in a distributed
   3. Verint Call Recording Application (Impact 360 version 7.8 or higher)
   4. Knowledge of Avaya Aura Communication Manager
   5. *NICE call Recording knowledge a plus
   6. Able to Perform routine system administration and maintenance on
   local or remote recording locations with no impact to the business
   7. Capability of keeping documentation up to date for all recording and
   telecommunications systems
   8. Ability to Proactively analyze, troubleshoot and resolves
   telecommunications and recording issues in a timely manner
   9. Resolve open help desk tickets and verifies all issues were properly
   resolved and documented
   10. Ability to interact with end-users and all levels of management in
   developing solutions to problems or creating efficiencies pertaining to
   call recording and Telecom processes that
   11. Performs quarterly DR tests for call recording and documents results
