Create a reconciliation report between data extract from conversion and data extract from source systems to identify data mismatch/reconciliation issues 4. Integrate existing Audit/Balance/Control framework to ensure data is successfully transfereed from source to target 5. Perform sanity checks between source and target systems to ensure data consistency 6. Expeirence with data transformation and data conversion process 7.
