*Please note:* *My client is looking for a PM with SAP implementation experienceMy client does not want an SAP PM Face To Face Interview* * Required:*Minimum of 5 years experience in delivery of IT, large scale implementation projects Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry (Facultative reinsurance experience preferred) Implementation experience with large packaged software products Experience in managing teams that consist of company employees and outside vendors Experience in sub-contracting work to outside vendors in order to achieve deliverables Very strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills Follow a well structured mode of operation, including detailed project planning with the appropriate level of detail Proven track record in delivering program/projects on-time, on-budget and in-scope Experience in managing projects in a global, matrix environment Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and best practices *Skills Desired:* SAP implementation experience Experience project managing data conversion initiatives (legacy system to new system) Experience project managing legacy systems remediation and decommission activities.
