Business Analyst will provide analysis and gather requirements for our
client that implementing ServiceNow. Business Analyst will build strong
relationships with business teams and technical teams, facilitate
understanding of the business process, and gather/facilitate requirements.
Business Analyst will estimate and report risks, issues and be responsible
for status reporting. Business Analyst must have experience working in an
ITIL environment and have worked on projects related to ITSM, ServiceNow,
Magic, or a tool similar to ServiceNow.
Requirements:
Experience working on projects for tools such as ServiceNow,
Magic, or a tool similar to ServiceNow
Experience working in ITIL environment, ITIL cert is preferred
Expertise working with business teams to develop relationships,
gather requirements, and drive requirements
Effective communication skills, communicate cross-functionally
Will be doing discovery. Day to day tasks include discovery with regard to
Magic and how and in what way information will be put into ServiceNow.
