*Flash/Action Script Developer* *Location: Carrollton, TX (North of Dallas)* *Contract: 5 months* Note: *In-person and preferred locals* *Desired Skills and Experience * : Bachelor degree on Computer Science or a related field preferred • Minimum 4-6 years of experience working off the timeline *inFlex/FlashBuilder *or other *IDE, and modular development (flex modules/external swf files)* • Comprehension of and experience with design patterns • Experience with large scale enterprise applications utilizing a *CDN * • Experience working with streaming audio and video (WOWZA experience a “big” plus) • Experience using NetConnections to communicate between *AS2 andAS3 assets* • Understanding of the flash security model to support offline as well as connected experiences • Great intuition for user interface design and knowledge of user experience best practaices • Must work as part of a team with *designers, developers, product and QA professionals.* • Ability to communicate both written and verbally to various levels of the organization • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate sound problem solving and analytical skills • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, great attitude and a go-getter spirit. • SQL Server: Familiar enough with *SQL Server to write complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers in support of web / mid tier development* · What are the top absolute must haves? Expert in Action script. This person needs to have server-side development experience in Flash systems. · Education? Bachelor degree on Computer Science or a related field · What would make someone successful in this role? Understanding and maintaining application; must be a team player as he will be working engineers.
